BRA’s Festival

La Credenza choose Agricooltur® as a partner for the "BRA'S Il Festival della Salsiccia, del formaggio, del pane e del riso di Bra", organized by Città di Bra e da Confcommercio Ascom Bra. 

This iniziative asmi to promote local ingredients and dishes,  interpreted with expertise and creativity by many chefs during the weekend.

Giovanni Grasso and Igor Macchia from la Credenza, proposed their BRA'S SALAD, a reinterpretation of the traditional Caesar Salad with the Agriccoltur® Salanova®, “Bra duro DOP” and “Salsiccia di Bra”. 

The recipe aimed to enhance the value of local ingredients and the freshness of a ZERO CM product as Salanova®.

This event gave us the opportunity to meet good people and exchange moments of conviviality with them, in a reality of food innovation and its sustainability.
